PRIVACY SHIELD
Maintaining your privacy and trust is very important
to us at Intergrated Data Technology Inc (IDT).
IDT participates in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the
Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework (“Privacy Shield”) issued by the U.S.
Department of Commerce. IDT is committed to compliance with the
Privacy Shield Principles regarding the collection, use, and retention of
personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to
the United States. If there is any conflict between the terms in this
privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield

IDT is subject to the investigatory and enforcement authority of
the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Types of Personal Data IDT Collects
Contact information: name, address, phone number(s), and email address
Sensitive Data: personal identification number(s), date of birth,
citizenship, and similar information. Such data is collected by IDT is
for the sole purpose of ensuring the true identity and the authenticity of
transactions conducted by the individuals. Customers may contact IDT
regarding use or disclosure of their Personal Data.
Personal data: IP addresses, language preferences, dates and times of
website visits, log of website activity
Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:
“Personal Information” or “Information” means information that is collected
and recorded in any form by IDT and used by IDT to identify an
individual.
“Personal Data” or “Sensitive Personal Information” means personal
information that reveals race, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political
opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or
that concerns an individual’s health.
“Third Parties” means other companies that IDT is contracted with to
perform certain business-related functions on our behalf. Some of these
partners provide data validation services, processing services, and data
transmission services.
Privacy Principles
The privacy principles in this Policy are based on the EU-US and Swiss-US
Privacy Shield Principles.
Notice
IDT collects required personal information, which is necessary to
provide services. The need for the requested identification information and
subsequent verification checks are mandatory. IDT collects personal
information directly from individuals and provides all members with a
notice to inform them about the purposes and use of such personal
information. Where IDT collects personal information from the EU and
Switzerland, IDT uses and discloses such information in accordance
with the applicable data protection law to ensure the individuals have been
provided with appropriate notice and choice made by the individuals to whom
such information relates.
Onward Transfer
IDT may use trusted third parties to help us provide, analyze, and
improve the service (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance
services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, and
improvement of the service’s features). IDT may also disclose Personal
Information to third parties if disclosure is necessary to comply with law
enforcement, legal process, or government request; it may also disclose
information to protect the security or integrity of IDT’s products and
services. Note that IDT may be required to release personal data in
response to lawful requests by public authorities including to meet
national security and law enforcement requirements. IDT may be liable
for the appropriate transfer of personal data to third parties.
Choice
IDT does not sell or share your information with non-agent third
parties. If this practice should change in the future we will update
this policy and provide individuals with opt-out choice prior to the
release of their personal data.
Security
IDT maintains procedural safeguards and precautions to protect
personal information. All accounts are protected with a unique login to a
secure site, IP restrictions, and individual PIN setup. IDT software
monitors the accounts to detect and prevent unauthorized access, loss,
misuse, or destruction of information.
Data Integrity
IDT uses personal information only in a way that is compatible with
and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or authorized by
the individual. IDT takes reasonable steps to ensure personal
information submitted by the individuals is accurate, complete, current,
and reliable for the intended use. Additional documents are often times
requested to verify the personal information supplied by users. Documents
are screened for authenticity and must not be expired.
Access
IDT acknowledges the individual’s right to access their personal data
and provides individuals reasonable access to their personal information
that it holds about them. Individuals are able to review the information
for accuracy and are provided with limited access to correct, amend, or
delete inaccurate information by logging into their individual account or
sending an email to the support team. IDT may take reasonable steps to
permit more extensive correction to information that is demonstrated to be
inaccurate or incomplete. With any concerns regarding your privacy or

Recourse, Enforcement and Liability
IDT holds the principles set forth by US-EU and Swiss-US Privacy
Shield privacy policy to a high standard. IDT will conduct compliance
audits to verify that the policy is accurate and comprehensive for the
information intended to be covered, prominently displayed, completely
implemented, and accessible and in conformity with the Principles.
In compliance with the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Principles,
IDT commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our
collection or use of your personal information. European Union or Swiss
individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding this privacy policy

IDT has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under
the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Principles to an independent dispute
resolution mechanism, the BBB EU PRIVACY SHIELD, operated by the Council of
Better Business Bureaus. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of
your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed,

and to file a complaint.
Finally, as a last resort and under limited circumstances, EU and Swiss
individuals with unresolved privacy complaints may invoke binding
arbitration before a Privacy Shield Panel.
